With limited space and no existing infrastructure for a full bath, we had to optimize for space, functionality, and comfort.

We restructured the layout by first preparing the bathroom entry, expanding attic access, removing old material, and creating a structure to house the bathroom and storage spaces.

We set out to create a bathroom that was utilitarian in design, but more than that. It had to be spacious and feel like a room that was not wedged into the design, but as if it had always belonged.
